Information we may receive

When a visitor contacts Operialis, the information may include:

• name;
• email address;
• company, if provided;
• message content;
• any other information voluntarily included in the communication.

When a user submits the contact form, the information entered is transmitted through the website so the enquiry can be handled and delivered to the data controller.

Why we use the information

Information voluntarily provided is used to:

• respond to enquiries;
• understand the operational needs described;
• manage follow-up communication related to the enquiry;
• provide information or proposals about services when requested.

Basis for processing

Information voluntarily provided is processed in order to respond to the user's request and, where relevant, to take steps requested by the user before entering into a contractual relationship.

Retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship or communication, subject to any retention obligations required by law.

Technical services and disclosures

Personal data may be processed through technical services necessary to operate the website and manage communications.

The website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages, which also handles server-side processing of the contact form.

To protect the contact form from automated abuse, the site uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security service that processes technical and browser signals needed to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. Turnstile is not used for advertising or behavioural analytics and does not read the content of the submitted message.

Technical email delivery of the contact enquiry is handled by Resend.

Cookies and tracking

Operialis does not implement advertising analytics, behavioural advertising, or marketing trackers.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for site security and form anti-abuse protection.

For this reason, the site does not currently display a consent banner for advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability of your information.

You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority.

Updates

This notice may be updated if the way personal data is handled or the services used by the website change.
